This business location has a pleasant atmosphere, which is great for special events and celebrations. Party Pops Balloons offers various decorations and services, including balloon arches, party decorations, and party pops. The business is wheelchair accessible, which is a significant advantage. However, one issue has to be highlighted. It appears that the business has inconsistent communication and delivery of services, which led to disappointing experiences for some customers. One customer reported that the business quoted a different price for the same service and did not deliver on the promised setup and takedown. Another customer was dissatisfied with the quality of the decorations and the unprofessional appearance of the setup. On the other hand, the business has received many positive reviews, with customers praising the creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication of the owner, Nicole. Overall, it seems that the business has room for improvement in terms of communication and consistency, but it has the potential to be a great choice for special events with proper planning and execution. It is essential to ask detailed questions in writing before booking and to carefully review the services and prices offered.
