I've had a mixed experience with Parlament Roofing. On the one hand, their work can be good, and they seem to care about providing quality service. I've had a new roof installed by them, and it looks great. They've also been responsive to my questions and concerns. However, I've also had some issues with their customer service, particularly when it comes to dealing with problems after the sale. I've had to wait for a long time to get responses to my emails and phone calls, and sometimes I've even had to follow up multiple times to get the issue resolved.One major issue I've had with Parlament Roofing is that they seem to be dishonest in their sales tactics. When I first met with the salesman, he told me that they would give me a discount if I referred a friend, but when I tried to collect on that promise, they didn't follow through. They also tried to sell me on a product that I didn't need, and they were very pushy in their sales pitch.I've also had some issues with the quality of their work. When I first noticed a leak in my roof, I called them to report the problem, but they didn't seem to take it seriously. They told me that it was a minor issue and that I should just wait until the next appointment. However, the leak continued to get worse, and I eventually had to call them again to get it fixed. When they finally sent someone out to fix the leak, they did a half-hearted job and didn't even bother to inspect the roof to see if there were any other problems.Despite these issues, I have to give Parlament Roofing credit for one thing: they are very aggressive in their marketing and sales tactics. They seem to be constantly running ads and promotions, and they're always trying to get in touch with new customers. However, this can also be a problem, as it can be overwhelming to deal with their sales team.Overall, I would say that Parlament Roofing is an average company at best. While they may be able to provide good quality service and products, their customer service can be spotty, and their sales tactics can be dishonest and pushy. If you're in the market for a new roof, I would recommend doing your research and shopping around to find a company that better fits your needs.
