This condominium complex has a decent overall score, but the quality of life for residents seems to be a major issue. The HOA board appears to be overly strict and nitpicky, with residents reporting issues such as noise complaints being ignored, warnings for minor infractions, and even harassment over having too many plants on a balcony. On the other hand, the location seems to be a nice place to relax, close to downtown Sarasota, with a nice pool and patio area.However, the main problem with this complex is the behavior of the HOA board members, who seem to enjoy making residents' lives miserable. There are reports of them going through residents' personal belongings, accusing them of lying, and even trying to tow cars that are parked in guest spots. It's clear that the HOA board has a lot of power and seems to use it to intimidate and bully residents.One major issue that stands out is the lack of responsiveness from the HOA board.
