The Clearwater City location is a bus station with some amenities, but it falls short in many areas. The wheelchair accessibility features are a positive aspect, with a wheelchair accessible restroom, parking lot, entrance, and passenger loading area. The restrooms, however, are a major issue. Many customers have reported them to be dirty, with feces on the toilet seats and walls. The hand dryers are also outdated and need to be replaced. There have been complaints about the accuracy of the REALTIME system, which is supposed to work through GPS but has not been functioning correctly. Additionally, some bus drivers have been reported to be rude and mean to passengers. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the location seem to be lacking, which is disappointing. The parking and terminal computers were also reported to be malfunctioning. A significant issue is the lack of stalls in the restroom, which is particularly problematic for tourists and people with disabilities.
