Paramount Lakeside Inn & Suites is an informal property that features a fishing dock and a gym, as well as a sprawling deck with BBQs and sun loungers. It's a suitable option for those looking for a budget-friendly stay in Lakeland. However, the property's cleanliness has been a concern for some guests, with reports of roaches and dirty rooms. The staff has been friendly and helpful, but some guests have felt harassed by security personnel. The property's policies can be strict, and guests have been fined for minor infractions. Overall, the experience at Paramount Lakeside Inn & Suites can vary greatly depending on the individual's needs and expectations. One major issue that stands out is the inconsistent cleanliness of the rooms, with some guests reporting finding roaches, dirty linens, and other issues. The property's policies, while intended to maintain a safe and orderly environment, can sometimes be overly restrictive, leading to conflicts with guests. For example, the property has a strict no-loitering policy, which has led to fines and complaints from guests who feel they are being unfairly treated. Despite these issues, some guests have reported positive experiences at the property, citing the friendly staff, convenient location, and reasonable prices. However, these positive experiences are not universal, and many guests have expressed disappointment and frustration with their stays. Overall, it's essential for potential guests to carefully read and understand the property's policies and reviews before making a decision.
