This location is a decent place to live, with many good qualities, but also some drawbacks. The community is well-maintained, and the amenities such as the swimming pool and barbecue area are appreciated by residents. However, the condo fees have been increased to $600-700 a month, which may not be worth it for some people. The location is convenient, with Publix, Kohls, and Target nearby, as well as Tyrone Mall. However, the cleanliness of the complex has been an issue for some residents. The staff is friendly, and there are many social activities for those interested. The complex is suitable for seniors over 55, but not ideal for families or young people. One major issue is the high condo fees, which may be a burden for some residents.
