One significant concern is the unprofessional treatment of parents by the center's director. A parent shared an incident where they were treated unfairly and poorly by the director, who seemed to have a personal issue with the parent's child. This behavior is unacceptable and raises concerns about the director's ability to provide quality care to children.Overall, the center's ratings on third-party platforms stand at 3.3. While this rating may not seem impressive, the center's positive features and efforts to provide quality education and care to children are commendable.
