The facilities seem well-maintained and clean. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. They accept both credit and debit cards for payments. The descriptions of the services and amenities were detailed and clear. However, the quality of care provided by the orthopedic surgeon on staff, Pando Cristina MD, left a bit to be desired. The expertise of the surgeon was evident, but some of the discussions on joint replacements seemed a bit rushed. Overall, the experience was still pleasant and the pricing was very reasonable.
