Pampered Pets By Michelle @ Cute Cuts is a reliable pet grooming service. They have a good reputation and high customer satisfaction ratings. The business is located in a wheelchair-accessible building and accepts credit and debit cards as payment. Michelle, the owner, is a caring and gentle groomer who takes the time to understand each pet's personality and needs. Many clients praise Michelle's exceptional skills and attention to detail. They appreciate her patience and kindness when dealing with pets that have anxiety or other issues. The groomer is also very good at communicating with clients and sending photos of their pets after the grooming session. However, one client had a negative experience due to an issue with their pet's skin after a grooming session. Although Michelle apologized and tried to resolve the issue, the client felt that she was not cooperative enough and that the problem was not fully addressed.Overall, Pampered Pets By Michelle @ Cute Cuts seems to be a good option for pet owners who are looking for a reliable and caring grooming service. However, it's essential to be aware of the potential risks and to carefully monitor your pet's health after a grooming session.
