This Laundromat offers a very clean and comfortable environment for doing laundry. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Nelly who seems to go above and beyond to assist customers. The new machines are a great improvement and make doing laundry much more efficient. However, there is one major issue that detracts from the experience: the card system used for payment is not very customer-friendly. It's not possible to use cards from other laundries and any remaining balance on the card cannot be redeemed. This can be a hassle for regular customers who may have to start over with a new card.
