The business is located in a convenient place, but it's hard to find any amenities nearby. It's not a problem of place, but more of the facilities that are available for tenants. The cleanliness and organization of the apartments and the common areas is one of the strong points of the place. On the other hand, there are some issues with the maintenance and the quick response to the requests of the residents. The management team is always willing to help and provide a good service, especially Marisela, who is very helpful and professional. However, there have been some problems with the water quality, and the residents are not happy with the frequent outages. There is also an issue with parking, as there are not enough spaces available for all the residents.
