I have been working with Palm Trees Direct for a while now, and overall I'm extremely satisfied with their service. The quality of their products is excellent, with a vast selection of healthy and beautiful palm trees and plants. The pricing is very competitive, and I've never felt like I'm being taken advantage of. One thing that stands out is their commitment to innovation - they're always looking for new and better ways to help their customers, and it shows in their products and services.However, one area that could be improved is communication. There was one instance where I was told they had a certain product in stock, but when I went to pick it up, they didn't have it after all. This was frustrating, but I appreciate that they were transparent about it and apologized for the mistake.I've had a great experience with their crew, who are always professional and courteous. They've done a wonderful job with the installations, and I've never had any issues with the plants or trees after they've been installed.
