This business has established a solid reputation in the Beauty & Wellness industry, offering massages and services through Palace Massage. The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and flexible working hours, including late nights and weekends. The phone number +18134502771 is listed, and payments are accepted via credit cards, NFC mobile payments, and debit cards. Despite some limitations in terms of scheduling, the business has received positive feedback from clients, who have praised the peaceful and welcoming environment and the skillful massage therapists. However, some clients have reported issues with scheduling, including being asked to change appointments at short notice. Others have expressed concerns about overpriced massages, with one client feeling that they were not given the full 30 minutes they paid for. A client also reported being asked for a 31% tip, which some may find excessive.Despite these issues, the business has received numerous positive reviews, with clients praising the cleanliness of the location, the professionalism of the staff, and the skillful massage therapy. The business has also been praised for its unique approach to massage, including the use of balancing chakras in some sessions. One client's experience was marred by inaccurate hours, and another reported that the business closed before the time listed online. However, the business has shown a commitment to customer service, with staff going above and beyond to satisfy client needs.Overall, this business appears to offer a high-quality service, but with some limitations and areas for improvement. The business has a strong reputation in the local community, and with some tweaks to its scheduling and pricing, it could continue to thrive in the Beauty & Wellness industry.
