This business location has a decent overall reputation. The quality of their services and products is average, but they have a good pricing strategy. They are not particularly innovative, but they have a good selection of plants and trees. The staff is friendly, but professionalism has been a concern in the past. One major issue is the lack of accountability and respect for customers' property, as some customers have reported uncut grass along property lines and drivers running off the road. The company seems to prioritize meeting customer needs, as seen in their willingness to refer customers to other businesses when they don't have what they need. The office staff can be polite about mistakes, but they can also be rude or unresponsive. Despite these issues, the yard workers are very nice and the company is good at showing up to scheduled appointments. They have a good reputation among some customers, but it's clear that they have room for improvement.
