The PacSun store at Brandon Town Center Dr Drive is a decent shopping destination. The variety of casual, California-inspired clothing, swimwear, and accessories is a major draw for customers. However, some reviewers have noted that the selection can be limited during off-peak seasons. The store's quality has received mixed reviews, with some customers praising the helpful and friendly staff, while others have experienced rude and unprofessional behavior from employees. Pricing is generally considered reasonable, with frequent sales and promotions making it a more affordable option for shoppers. While the store's innovativeness is evident in its fashionable merchandise, some customers have noted that the staff could be more aware of customers' needs and more proactive in offering assistance. Overall, the store has its strengths and weaknesses, and customers may want to approach with a critical eye.A noticeable issue with the customer service seems to be a recurring problem, with multiple reviewers mentioning unprofessional behavior from employees. It would be beneficial for the store to address this issue and provide more comprehensive training for its staff to ensure a better customer experience.
