Pacific Sales store located in the Citrus Park Town Center Mall Street in Tampa City offers a wide range of home appliances and repair services. The store has wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for people with mobility issues. You can pay with debit or credit cards, as well as checks, which is quite flexible. The store offers service guarantee, repair services, and installation service, which can be very helpful. However, the store does not offer any alternatives to same-day delivery, which can be inconvenient for those who need their appliances quickly. Unfortunately, some customers have reported issues with delivery and installation, including cancelled appointments and lack of communication from the staff. Additionally, the store's co-brand Pacific Kitchen & Home may not be a guarantee of quality. The store's website and third-party ratings indicate a mediocre reputation, with an overall rating of 2.5 stars.
