The client even mentioned that the owner did not return their call to apologize for the issues. These problems may impact the quality of the service provided. The business's lack of communication and poor customer service may also affect their pricing and pricing strategy, as clients may be hesitant to use their services due to these issues. One significant problem with this business is their inconsistent communication and poor customer service skills, which may have led to a loss of potential business, as mentioned by one of the clients.Considering the issues mentioned, it is recommended to improve their communication and customer service skills to better meet the needs of their clients.
