This business location is well-established and reputable, with a wide range of services offered, including car parts, automotive and boat service, and used car sales. The company has a strong online presence and provides convenient features such as delivery options and wheelchair accessibility. However, one potential issue that arises from the customer feedback is the possibility of selling vehicles with hidden problems or issues that are not disclosed to the buyer. Despite this, the overall rating suggests that the business has a good reputation and is committed to providing a positive customer experience. The staff, particularly Mike, are praised for their professionalism, honesty, and transparency. The company's prices are also considered competitive, with many customers commenting on the good deals they found. However, the quality of some vehicles has been a concern, with one customer experiencing issues with a car they purchased. The company's innovativeness is evident in its use of technology and online platforms to connect with customers and streamline the buying process. However, it's worth noting that some customers have expressed frustration with the company's communication style, with one customer feeling that the management was "out of touch" with their customer base. Overall, this business location appears to be a reputable and reliable option for customers looking for a wide range of automotive services.
