This business is a gem in the Brandon City community. The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and a gender-neutral restroom, making it a welcoming space for everyone. The staff is highly knowledgeable and professional, with Eric being a standout. He's not only expertly skilled but also takes the time to educate clients on reproductive needs. Many clients have praised the business for its ability to meet unique needs, such as assisting with fertility services for their dogs. The facilities are clean and well-coordinated, making the experience as smooth as possible. Clients also appreciate the flexibility and understanding the staff shows, often going above and beyond to accommodate their needs. However, there's a concerning issue of a previous client feeling misled about the health and paperwork of a puppy they purchased, with Eric being defensive and dismissive of their concerns. Despite this, the business has an overall positive reputation, with most clients praising its excellent service and professionalism.
