This location is a community hub in Auburndale City, offering a range of services and resources for locals. The building itself is easily accessible from W Derby Ave Avenue. Unfortunately, the services provided within this location are not extensive, which might not cater to the diverse needs of the community. However, the staff is well-organized and does a good job in managing the available services. The quality of these services is generally good, but there's room for improvement in some areas. The location is also home to Osprey, another organization that shares the building, and this partnership seems to be mutually beneficial. The only notable issue with this location is the limited availability of services, which might make it difficult for some community members to access the resources they need. Overall, this location is a solid choice for those looking for a community space in Auburndale City, but it could benefit from expanding its services to better serve the community.
