This park offers a great combination of scenic landscapes and outdoor activities. Located on Florida's southeast coast, it's a must-visit for nature lovers and families with kids. The park's accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, make it suitable for visitors with disabilities. However, during my visit, I noticed that some trails were under construction, and access to the Legacy trail was blocked. Unfortunately, the restrooms were locked, and water fountains were dry. Despite these issues, the park's friendly staff and great facilities make up for it. I saw a ton of wildlife while passing through on the Legacy Trail, and the park is close to all the beaches. The ranger station is well-staffed, and the rangers are knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it's a great little park that's worth visiting, but some attention to detail is needed to address the current issues.
