This location is a great place for medical services, especially for those in need of orthotics and prosthetics. The staff is welcoming and makes patients feel at home. The professionals, like Kyle, are thorough, supportive, and encouraging. They take the time to address concerns and help patients achieve their goals. The care and services provided are top-notch, and the location is wheelchair accessible. One issue is that not all patients have had a positive experience. Some have reported discomfort and pain with their prosthetics, and in one case, the staff refused to create a new prosthetic. This suggests that the quality of care may not be consistent across the board. Overall, the location has a strong reputation for providing excellent medical services, but it's essential for patients to be aware of the potential for inconsistent quality.
