The business location has received a great number of reviews, but the atmosphere seems to be very professional. The waiting time in the ER was reported to be relatively short, which is a big plus. The staff, including doctors and nurses, is very friendly and caring, which makes patients feel comfortable. Many visitors appreciated the quick and efficient service they received. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. One of the visitors even mentioned that the ER was fast and efficient. However, there was one issue that arose during the visits: not all visitors were happy with the service of one or two staff members. In one case, the receptionist was reported to be rude and unprofessional, which spoiled the entire experience. In another case, a doctor was described as having a bad personality and not explaining things properly.
