This business is a multi-service location offering tailor, laundry service, and other related services. They provide same-day service 5 days a week and have a convenient 24/7 drop-off and pick-up system. The automated process is user-friendly and allows for easy payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. While some clients have praised the business for its convenience and quality service, others have mentioned that the prices are a bit high. However, most clients seem to appreciate the easy and efficient process of using the automated system. The business has also received positive feedback for its cleanliness and welcoming lobby. One notable issue that has been mentioned by several clients is the lack of transparency regarding pricing. Some clients have reported being surprised by the cost of their services, which can be a major turn-off. Additionally, there have been a few instances where clients have experienced delays or issues with their orders.Overall, the business seems to offer a convenient and efficient service, but may benefit from improving their pricing transparency and addressing some of the issues mentioned by clients.
