Tower Diagnostics offers a reliable medical service experience at Building 2700, University Square Dr Drive in Tampa City. The staff seems very professional and caring, which adds to the overall positive vibe. Although, I noticed that the office could be a bit cleaner and better maintained. Some of the medical equipment looks old, but it still seems to be in working order. The appointments system works smoothly, and patients are able to book and manage their appointments with ease. The office has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom, making it a welcoming space for all patients. The medical team has a collaborative approach, and it's evident that they communicate well with each other. The location is relatively easy to find, and there's ample parking available. It would be great if Tower Diagnostics accepted more insurance plans to cater to a wider range of patients.
