Oriental Massage & Spa is a reputable business located in Lakeland City. The establishment's rating is 4.5 out of 5, which suggests a high level of quality service. The overall experience is generally positive, with clients praising the skills of the massage therapists and the relaxing atmosphere of the spa.Quality is also rated highly at 4.4 out of 5, indicating that clients are generally satisfied with the massages they receive. The therapists seem to have a good understanding of their clients' needs, providing effective relief from muscle tension and pain.Pricing is also considered reasonable, with a score of 4.9 out of 5. Clients appreciate the affordability of the services, which seems to be in line with the overall value they receive. However, the innovativeness of the spa is rated 4.5 out of 5, which suggests that while the establishment is doing well in terms of quality and pricing, it may not be pushing the boundaries of innovation in the massage therapy industry. One issue that stands out in the review is the occasional lapses in professionalism by some of the massage therapists. Several clients have mentioned instances where the therapists have taken phone calls or left the room during their massage, which can be distracting and disrupt the client's experience.Overall, Oriental Massage & Spa is a well-regarded business that provides high-quality massages at reasonable prices. However, it may benefit from investing in further training for its therapists to ensure that they maintain the high standards of professionalism that clients expect.
