This rehabilitation center, located in Auburndale City, provides medical services in a wheelchair-accessible facility. However, there seem to be some issues with communication. One client reported that the staff does not answer phone calls, while another mentioned that the internet is often down, making it difficult to contact the center through messaging or phone calls. On the other hand, a client had a positive experience, mentioning that the staff is friendly and the center is a good place to call home while going through a process of remodel. The center has a 24/7 operation schedule, which is a convenient feature for those who require around-the-clock care. However, the cleanliness of the facility has been a concern for some clients, with reports of ants, rats, and spiders in the rooms and hallways. Additionally, the food served at the center has been described as disgusting and limited in menu options. It's worth noting that the center has a co-brand with Orchard Park Health and Rehabilitation, which might suggest a level of quality and expertise in the field. However, without more information on the center's pricing, it's difficult to make a judgment on this aspect. Overall, the center seems to have some issues that need to be addressed in order to provide better care for its clients.
