The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus for visitors who need this feature. The on-site parking is convenient, but it can get a bit crowded at times. The entrance to the parking lot is also wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to get in. Unfortunately, the parking lot itself could be better maintained. There is a sense of neglect that pervades the area, with trash and litter scattered about. The city's solid waste division is based here, and it's clear that this is a hub for rubbish and recycling services. The phone number and website link are easily accessible, but it would be helpful to have more information about the services offered and the hours of operation. One of the biggest issues is the lack of clear signage, making it difficult for visitors to navigate the area. The parking lot is located near the Orange Street Garage, which offers some amenities. Overall, the location is adequate but could benefit from some improvements.
