Located in Spring Hill City, this animal service provides pet grooming services. The business is situated at Building 15330, Penny Ct Court. The phone number to contact them is +17278563964. The business has a wheelchair accessible parking lot, making it convenient for visitors. The working hours are limited, with the business only open on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 09:00 to 13:00. Unfortunately, the business is not available on Monday, Saturday, or Sunday. One major issue with this business is the lack of responsiveness. At least one client reported waiting for a return call after leaving a detailed message, but it never came. This can be frustrating for pet owners who are looking for reliable services.Despite the limited working hours, the business has received a good overall rating of 4.0 from third-party sources. However, it's worth noting that some clients have mixed experiences. One reviewer praised the clean facility, the love and care given to the dogs, and the unique system of keeping the dogs in individual areas. On the other hand, another reviewer was left waiting and never received a return call.A unique feature of this business is its co-branding with Only Small Dog Grooming By Kay, which suggests a focus on providing specialized services for smaller dogs. Overall, while the business has some strengths, the lack of responsiveness is a significant drawback.
