This location is a great place to live and enjoy the downtown area. The One Watergate Association, Inc is a very good location with beautiful views and a comfortable place to stay. The place has a swimming pool, which is a great amenity for residents. However, the pool was still under construction when one of the visitors noted that, which might be something to keep in mind. The location is wheelchair accessible with a parking lot and entrance that is easily accessible by people with mobility issues. The residents are friendly and the place is comfortable. The complex is well-managed, but it seems that it might take a while to finish all the construction and improvements. The views from the place are beautiful, and the location is great for enjoying the downtown area. The management of the complex takes care of the place, but there are some issues with the speed of construction and finishing the amenities. Overall, it's a great place to live, but it's worth being patient and understanding that some things take time.
