One Source is a well-rounded company that offers a variety of services, including property management, landscaping, and construction. They have a strong commitment to quality and are proactive in providing creative solutions to meet the needs of their clients. Their team is professional, responsive, and reliable, with a strong focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility.Their landscaping services are particularly noteworthy, with a focus on perfectly manicured appearances and sustainable plant selection. They are able to work within budget constraints without compromising quality, making them a great choice for commercial landscapes. However, some clients have reported issues with communication and accountability, particularly in the CAM (Community Association Management) department. This has led to a lack of follow-through and poor quality documents, which has caused frustration for some clients.Overall, One Source is a solid choice for those looking for a reliable partner for landscaping and property management services. However, it's essential to carefully evaluate their services and communication style to ensure they meet your needs.
