This location is a reliable and professional community service. The staff is polite and willing to work with customers to find a fair price. They provide efficient and effective services, including junk removal, house and garage cleanouts, and trash removal and disposal. Their communication is great, and they are punctual and responsive to customers' needs. However, the staff's professionalism can be improved, especially when interacting with potential customers. One negative feedback mentioned a staff member answering the phone with a generic "Hello" without identifying the business, which may have led to confusion. Despite this, the owner has addressed this issue, explaining that they prefer to provide in-person quotes and work with customers' budgets. Overall, this location is a great option for those in need of waste management services. They are highly recommended by their customers, who appreciate their reliability, professionalism, and fair pricing.
