Omega Garage Doors has two convenient locations to serve customers in Central and North Central Florida areas. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, as evident from the numerous 5-star reviews. The company offers a wide range of services, including residential and commercial garage door sales, repairs, and maintenance. The working hours are standard and reasonable, from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays, which makes it convenient for customers to schedule appointments. The company is wheelchair accessible, both in the parking lot and entrance, which is a welcome feature for customers with mobility issues. The prices of services seem to be very reasonable, as multiple customers have mentioned that they were pleasantly surprised by the affordable rates. One customer even mentioned that they were quoted a price of $100 for installation, but was only charged $85 for the service. However, one potential issue arises from a review where the customer felt that the company pulled a "bait and switch" on them, charging them more than the initial quoted price. This issue needs to be addressed to ensure that customers are not taken advantage of.Overall, Omega Garage Doors seems to be a reliable and trustworthy company that offers excellent services and reasonable prices. However, it's essential to be vigilant and confirm the prices before scheduling any services. With a little extra attention to detail, this company could be a 5-star gem.
