This business location is a part of the well-known Old Republic Title company. The location is situated at Building 1410, N Westshore Blvd Boulevard, Suite 800 in Tampa City. The company operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.The accessibility of the location is a major advantage, as it has a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy for everyone to visit. However, it's worth noting that appointments are required, so it's best to plan ahead. The working hours seem to be standard, but it would be great to see the business open on weekends to cater to customers who have different schedules. The third-party ratings indicate an average score of 3.4, which is decent but could be improved. The customer feedback is mixed, with some people having excellent experiences with the staff, particularly Peter and his team. One customer even praised them as "the Bomb.Com!" However, there have been some issues with communication skills and the handling of claims, which has led to a low rating.Overall, this business location has its strengths and weaknesses. While it has a convenient location and a well-established company behind it, it falls short in terms of customer communication and support. With some improvements in these areas, this business could easily move up in the ratings.
