The features include wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, restrooms, and payments by debit and credit cards. The reviews from clients and third-party ratings suggest that the location is highly rated, with an average rating of 4.2 out of 5 stars. Many clients have praised the instructors, the training methods, and the environment. They have also mentioned that the classes have helped their children develop confidence, self-esteem, and focus. However, there is an issue that has been reported by one client. They mentioned that one of the instructors, Von Parker, had made a student feel uncomfortable and frightened, and had used a pool noodle to strike students as a form of punishment. The client also reported that the owner, Robert Batey, had been defensive and rude when they brought this issue to his attention.Despite this issue, many clients have praised the location and the instructors, and it seems that the location has taken steps to address the issue and improve the training methods. Overall, the location appears to be a good option for those looking for martial arts classes, but potential clients should be aware of the reported issue and take it into consideration.
