This store has a well-organized and well-maintained showroom. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, with many reviewers praising Ashley's exceptional customer service. They offer a vast selection of new and used office furniture, including high-quality and affordable options. The store also provides excellent deals, with several reviewers mentioning great prices and fair values. However, one issue stands out: some reviewers have mentioned unpleasant experiences with the staff, particularly Melanie, who was described as mean and unhelpful. It is worth noting that this issue was highlighted by only one reviewer out of many, but it is still a concern that should be taken seriously.Overall, the store seems to offer a great shopping experience for customers, with a wide range of options, excellent customer service, and competitive prices. However, it is essential to be prepared for the possibility of encountering an unfriendly staff member, and it would be beneficial for the store to address this issue to maintain a consistently positive reputation.
