The business location appears to be a medical service facility, specifically a blood bank, with a focus on plasma donation. The staff is generally friendly and professional, with many reviewers praising the kindness and helpfulness of the phlebotomists and other staff members. However, several reviewers have expressed frustration with the wait times, citing lengthy delays in getting screened and donating. Some reviewers have suggested that the facility is understaffed, which contributes to the wait times. This issue seems to be a recurring problem, with some reviewers mentioning that they have experienced similar delays on multiple visits.Despite the wait times, many reviewers have expressed satisfaction with the compensation for their donations, with some reviewers mentioning that they can earn a decent amount of money for their time. One reviewer mentioned that the facility could benefit from more transparency in its operations, particularly in regards to the compensation rates.
