This business has a decent reputation, but some aspects need improvement. The location is easily accessible, with wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. Inside, customers can find a restroom for convenience. The working hours are standard, Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm. However, it's worth noting that the location is not open on Sundays. The services offered are limited to automotive and boat services, specifically car detailing. Credit and debit cards are accepted for payments, making it convenient for customers. Some customers have reported exceptional experiences, praising the business for its high-quality work and excellent customer service. One reviewer specifically highlighted the talent of the staff in providing high-end paint correction and ceramic coating services. Another reviewer commended the business for being the best in town, while a third reviewer mentioned it as a great place for high-end work.On the other hand, one reviewer had a disappointing experience, describing the business as unethical, inconsistent, and slow, claiming that it wastes customers' time and treats its workers poorly. This mixed feedback may indicate a need for the business to improve its consistency and customer service. The business is co-branded with OCD CLEAN Exclusive Detailing and Ceramic Coating, which may suggest a partnership or affiliation with a well-known company in the industry. Overall, while there are some negative comments, the business seems to have some strengths that make it a viable option for customers seeking high-quality car detailing services.
