This location provides top-notch medical services, especially in the area of surgery. The staff, particularly Heather and Jamie, are very friendly and make patients feel like family. The surgeons and anesthesiologists are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything before and after procedures. Patients have reported excellent experiences with the urologists, Dr. Narayan, and his team. The facility itself is wheelchair accessible, with amenities like restrooms and a parking lot that cater to people with disabilities. Unfortunately, there seems to be an ongoing issue with the women's bathroom, which is often out of order, forcing patients to use the men's bathroom, which is not always clean. Additionally, there are some physical issues with the entrance, including a deep hole in the asphalt outside the door. Despite these concerns, the staff's attentiveness and the facility's amenities are a significant plus. Overall, this location has a lot going for it, but some issues need to be addressed.
