This location is quite impressive, considering its multiple roles as a Medical Service, Medical Laboratories, and Dental laboratory. The staff seems to be very professional and skilled, as supported by the high third-party rating of 5.0. Bobby and his team are highly praised by clients, who even described them as the "greatest in America."The combination of excellent quality and decent pricing makes this location a good value for its customers. However, a slight drawback is the average overall quality, which is not as high as the quality of its services. One noticeable improvement could be to expand its services or create new products, as the innovativeness score is quite good but not exceptional. The co-branding with Ocala Dental Lab Inc. seems to work well for the location. The staff is friendly and professional, as mentioned by the clients, but more information about their qualifications and experience would be beneficial.Despite this, the overall experience at this location is very good, with a convenient location on SW 15th St Street, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes clients feel comfortable.A call to the location's phone number (+13526290112) is usually answered promptly, and the staff is helpful and courteous.
