This location is a great place to live for those looking for a quiet and peaceful community. The park is well-maintained and clean, with friendly and welcoming residents. The community offers a variety of activities and amenities, including two heated swimming pools, a fishing pier, and a tennis court. The location is also convenient, being near Tampa, Orlando, and other major attractions in Central Florida. However, one potential drawback to consider is the strict policies in place for residents, which may not be suitable for everyone. Additionally, the park's pet policy can be restrictive, which may be a concern for some potential residents.Overall, Oakwood Estates Mobile Home Community is a great option for those looking for a relaxed and friendly community to call home.
