The Oaks Motel seems to be a budget-friendly option with decent pricing. However, the quality of the rooms and facilities is a concern, as several reviewers have mentioned dirty rooms, stained sheets, and lack of cleanliness. The motel's location in a rough neighborhood may also be a drawback. While some reviewers have had positive experiences with the staff and amenities, the overall experience seems to be marred by issues with cleanliness and maintenance. One reviewer even mentioned bed bugs and a horrible smell in the room. The motel's innovativeness is also lacking, as it seems to be a basic, no-frills establishment. The motel's feature list is quite long, but it seems that many of these amenities are not being utilized effectively. The free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms are standard features, but the motel's failure to provide clean and comfortable rooms outweighs these perks.Overall, the Oaks Motel is a place to consider if you're looking for a very cheap option, but be prepared for a potentially unpleasant stay. The motel seems to be in need of a thorough renovation to address the cleanliness and maintenance issues.
