Oakridge Apartments is a great place to live, especially for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful environment. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, with a nice pool area that is perfect for relaxation. The property manager, Jason, is extremely helpful and responsive, and the community is very friendly. Many of the reviews mention the excellent service provided by Jason, who goes above and beyond to ensure that the residents are happy and comfortable. The location of the apartments is also a big plus, as it is close to many amenities and attractions. The apartments are affordable, and the price includes all utilities, which is a great value. However, some of the reviews mention that the apartments can be a bit noisy, especially during the day.One issue that was mentioned in a few reviews is the lack of cleanliness in the laundry room and the presence of roaches in some of the apartments. However, it's worth noting that the management has made efforts to improve the cleanliness and pest control in the building.Overall, Oakridge Apartments is a great option for those who are looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live. With its friendly community, clean apartments, and excellent service, it's a great choice for anyone who wants to feel at home.
