This location has a great team that provides excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always willing to help. Many customers have praised the employees, such as Will, Samantha, Braelin, and Jason, for their exceptional service. The store is clean and well-stocked, and the employees are happy to assist with finding the right parts. However, there have been some instances where customers have experienced poor service. For example, one customer reported that an employee was playing on their phone and not attending to them. Another customer mentioned that they were unable to find the parts they needed, despite being listed as the only seller in the area. The store's management has apologized for these incidents and has expressed a desire to improve the customer experience.Overall, this location has a great reputation for providing excellent customer service, but there is room for improvement in certain areas. The prices are very competitive, and the store offers a wide range of products and services. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful, but there have been some instances of poor service.
