Novel Beach Park is a well-maintained apartment complex with a beautiful waterfront view. The amenities, including the pool and gym, are top-notch and well-maintained. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some standout individuals like Kiley, Brie, and Crystalynn who have provided excellent service. However, there are some concerns regarding the management and communication. Some residents have reported issues with the property management team, including a lack of responsiveness to concerns, a high turnover rate of staff, and some residents have experienced difficulties with the move-in and move-out process.Additionally, some residents have reported issues with the maintenance team, including delayed responses to requests and some residents have experienced problems with leaks and mold. While Novel Beach Park has a lot to offer, including its beautiful location and amenities, the management and communication issues have led to some negative reviews.
