This location offers a wide range of services related to boat and yacht tours, cruise agencies, and travel planning. The staff is professional, friendly, and responsive, with Laura and Kevin being particularly mentioned for their exceptional service. They have a deep knowledge of the cruise industry and are able to provide expert advice and guidance to their clients. The team is also very helpful in planning and coordinating trips, with many clients mentioning that they have had a smooth and enjoyable experience. The location has a strong reputation for providing high-quality service, with many clients praising their attention to detail and ability to tailor trips to individual needs. However, there is one area for improvement: the lack of a Saturday working hour, which may limit the availability of services for some clients. This issue could be addressed by considering extending working hours on Saturdays or providing alternative arrangements for clients who need assistance on weekends.Overall, this location is a great choice for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable travel experience. With its experienced and knowledgeable staff, wide range of services, and strong reputation, it is well worth considering for your next trip.
