This housing development is located in a good community with easy access to I-4. The quality of the homes built by D.R. Horton is somewhat questionable, as some buyers have reported issues such as paint on the carpet, front door not properly sealed, and debris from the construction process. However, some homes have been built with quality materials and attention to detail. The sales experience is generally good, with some sales representatives providing excellent customer service. However, there have been some issues with the build process, including delays and defects. The company seems to be working to resolve these issues, but it may take some time.Pricing seems to be a strength for D.R. Horton, with some buyers feeling that they got a good deal on their home. However, this may not be the case for everyone, and some buyers have reported issues with the value of their home. One issue that stands out is the quality of the construction process. While some homes have been built with quality materials and attention to detail, others have had issues with defects and debris. This is a concern for potential buyers who are looking for a well-built home.Overall, D.R. Horton is a decent choice for a housing development, but potential buyers should be aware of the potential issues with the quality of the construction process. With some luck, you may be able to find a home that is well-built and meets your needs.
