This community center is located in a quite area of Odessa City, at the Building 12508 on Tyler Run Ave Avenue. The center appears to be a working farm with horse trail rides offered on Saturdays. The staff, including James and Holly, are described as helpful and very supportive. They ensure that both the community center and the North Corner Ranch are in good condition. Unfortunately, the center experienced some difficulties in the past when it went under foreclosure. This issue made the experience of one client rather unpleasant. They reported that the previous manager did not communicate the foreclosure properly, giving only two weeks' notice to boarders. The clients who had good experiences with the center praised its cleanliness, pasture turn out, and well-organized runs. They also noted that the arena is suitable for various activities, including hacking. However, one client who had a bad experience advises to be cautious when dealing with the previous manager, James Noordhoek.
