The shop itself is clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable lounge area where you can sit and enjoy your cigar. One of the standout features of this shop is its commitment to being LGBTQ+ friendly, which is a huge plus in our book.Unfortunately, it's worth noting that one customer had a negative experience with a staff member who didn't provide the level of assistance they needed due to their visual impairment.
