Upon entering, I was greeted by friendly staff who were happy to assist me. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for customers with mobility issues. The office hours are standard, with consistent hours from Monday to Friday, which is convenient for those with busy schedules. However, the office is closed on weekends, which might be a drawback for some. Overall, the service provided was professional and knowledgeable, and the staff seemed well-informed about mortgage options. However, I did notice that the office could benefit from more modern decor and a more welcoming atmosphere. Nonetheless, the team's expertise and friendly demeanor made up for it, and I would consider working with them again in the future.
